LICHTFAKTOR
LICHTFAKTOR is the Teamwork of “Marcel Panne” a VJ and Photographer , “Jens Heinen” a Programmer and Vj and “David Luepschen” a Street Art and Graffiti artist.
The members of LICHTFAKTOR use light to give expression to their creativity. They take advantage of a variety of light sources to produce photos and videos in cities by night.
The Cologne artists’ collective, consisting of VJ $ehvermögen (photographer and VJ), VJ beat.surfers (Programmer und VJ) and JIAR (communications designer and graffiti artist), experiments with the possibilities yielded by bulb (long-term) exposure and painting. Their aim is to explore all aspects of “lightwriting” and to develop it further. The LICHTFAKTOR crew intentionally uses the entire space in which a particular work is produced and integrates it into their photos and animated films in such a way that it’s not just a backdrop but a part of the work itself.
$ehvermögen (Marcel Panne) born 21.05.73 in Monte Carlo is photographer and VJ since 1997, he was one of the first VJ’s in Cologne/Germany where he lives and works as a freelancer. He is the resident VJ of Basswerk a German DnB Label. His visuals can been seen in theater projects and concerts…but he also did allot of commercial events like the official euro event and events for Tetrapak, Porsche, O2, Epson, AXE, otto... beat.surfers (Jens Heinen) born 27.01.75 in Gütersloh Germany is Programmer and VJ since 2003. He did the first panorama Vj’ing in Germany and develop his own VJ Software (Aurora), but he also did allot of commercial events like the official FC Bayern Munich championship celebration, the official premier of the Audi A4 in Austria, Photokina Party „Immotion“, Becks Ruhrnächte 2008… For more information check: www.visionlabz.com
